ABOUT the Westfield Doncaster Redevelopment
The striking façade of the Westfield Doncaster shopping centre, comprised of EDGE Architectural aluminium frames, greets thousands of people travelling east on Doncaster Road.
EDGE Architectural provided the curtain wall framing for fabrication into one of Melbourne’s most identifiable suburban landmarks.
The centre originally opened in 1969 and enjoyed freshening in 1981, 1992 and 1995. The most recent redevelopment aimed to re-establish the centre as one of Melbourne’s premium retail destinations.
