About Atira Student Living
The Atira Student Accommodation development in North Melbourne features EDGE Architectural’s SG182 Stack Joint in a custom walling system. The suite was selected because it offers beautiful views, high strength, and thermal performance in a front glass plane.
Located at the edge of Melbourne’s CBD, the Atira Student Living development is in a prime location, nestled between the Royal Melbourne Hospital and the University of Melbourne. The 68-metre-high development is comprised of two towers (18 and 22 stories) and can accommodate over 600 students across the 467 units. In fact, students are already calling this place home and are no doubt enjoying the perks that come with our double-glazed walling system, most notably the low electricity bills – any student’s dream.
EDGE’s double-glazed products are a favourite with this new generation of student accommodation. Similar high-end student accommodation projects featuring EDGE products include; UniLodge at Vic Uni, Urbanest Student Accommodation, and University of Tasmania’s Hobart Apartments.
