ABOUT ALUMUNA RESIDENCES
Alumuna Residences is a collection of luxury apartments dreamed to life by acclaimed Melbourne architects, Wood Marsh. Just a stone’s throw from Port Melbourne beach and in the middle of one of Melbourne’s premier café precincts, Alumuna Residences is a standout development that offers true beachside luxury.
As you approach Alumuna Residences the first thing you will notice is the striking angled façade. The unique façade was fashioned from a thermal break cassette frame developed for the project. EDGE’s U-MAX thermal break technology is incorporated throughout the project, including U-MAX™ 150 Front Double Glaze and U- MAX Sliding Doors. These thermally broken systems look amazing while offering protection from Melbourne’s wild winter weather as well as scorching summer days.
